We still had the wardrobes of the previous owners in place which started to come out of the wall, and the place generally lacked character, especially being right next to our gorgeous bathroom. I cannot recommend her highly enough; we absolutely love the end result with the bespoke built-in wardrobes, new carpet, lighting, chest of drawers etc. She meticulously chose every piece, including the little detailed ones such as the light switch and doorstop. She found all the different trades required to do the job and coordinated it all. She doesn't stop until absolutely everything is perfect.
